A New Chapter for Reclamation Psychotherapy: Somatic Therapy in Golden, Colorado

Launching this new website feels like an important moment for my practice. While Reclamation Psychotherapy is not new, this site is a fresh way of sharing who I am, how my work has evolved, and what my practice feels like. I look forward to developing this blog as a place to come for experience, insight, information, and inspiration.

Change is possible for you

Change has been a constant in my life and in my work. As I’ve grown personally and professionally, my approach to psychotherapy in Golden, Colorado, has deepened and expanded. And now, my website is a reflection of that growth.

This shift isn’t about a reinvention, and it’s more than just a refresh. It’s about alignment. Over the years, I’ve witnessed again and again that real change doesn’t come from a single technique or a quick fix. It comes from creating a space where people feel safe enough to soften, honest enough to speak what’s true, and supported enough to let healing take root. My new website mirrors this philosophy — less polished façade, more honest reflection.

If you’ve been seeking support, a guide back to yourself, or an aide in your healing, you’ve come to the right place. And I’m here to help

Finding Your Way Back to Yourself

Many people come to psychotherapy in Golden, Colorado, after years of trying to manage everything on their own. Maybe you’ve pushed your feelings aside to stay productive, distracted yourself to get through the day, numbed yourself with substances, or convinced yourself you just need to “tough it out.” Those strategies might have worked for a while, but eventually they start to fray. Anxiety creeps in. Relationships feel strained. Sleep and focus slip away.

Some clients can name what’s happening — anxiety, overwhelm, burnout. Others can’t quite put words to it and only know that something feels “off.” Whatever your experience looks like, therapy offers a place to pause, look inward, and find steadier ground. Being seen in your full humanity, struggles and all, is often where the real shift begins.

An Approach That Meets You Where You Are

My process is rooted in transpersonal somatic therapy — a whole-person approach that honors mind, body, and spirit. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, we’ll explore the Offerings that feel most supportive for you — Coaching and Somatic Guiding, Shamanic Ministries, Nature as Medicine, Reframing Relationships with Men, Psychotherapy in Golden, Colorado — or a blend of approaches. What ties our work together is presence: I am here with you, fully engaged and invested in your healing.

Safety is the foundation of everything we do together. Each session is your space to show up exactly as you are, knowing you’ll be met with care and respect. From there, we can work together to gently regulate your nervous system, release the stress you’ve been holding, and reconnect with your authentic self.

For some, this work feels like finally being able to take a full breath. For others, it’s the quiet relief of realizing they don’t have to perform or prove anything here. Healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong;” it’s about remembering who you are underneath the defenses you’ve collected, rediscovering what’s possible, and reclaiming your wholeness.

You Are Worthy

At the core of my practice is a simple truth: you are worthy of love and belonging, just because you are you. Therapy is not becoming someone different — it’s about reclaiming the parts of yourself you may have pushed down or brushed away, and learning to move through the world with greater ease, alignment, and authenticity.

This new website is an invitation, and a reflection of how my practice has evolved. If something in these words resonates with you, trust your intuition. You don’t have to hold it all alone.
