Together, we’ll explore what remains unresolved, allowing sensations, emotions, and movement to surface and find release.

You’ll learn tools to regulate your nervous system, build resilience, and increase your capacity to process life’s intensities. Our work may incorporate breathwork, guided movement, embodiment practices, and mindfulness techniques to help you find safety within yourself and reconnect with your vitality.
