Reclaim the “you” you’re meant to be.

Somatic Therapy in Jefferson County for Body-Mind-Spirit

Healing isn’t just about managing symptoms or following a strict treatment plan. In my practice, healing is about tapping into your authentic self, reclaiming your life force, and nurturing a way of being that truly feels like you. Through a holistic approach that blends body, mind, spirit, we’ll explore the layers of your life — helping you shed old programming and access a greater sense of well-being.

Our work together is designed to deepen your capacity to move through this life with openness, inner stability, and trust.

Each of my Offerings — Psychotherapy, Somatic Guiding, Nature as Medicine, Reclaiming Relationships, and Shamanic Ministries — is designed to meet you where you are and address your therapeutic needs in a safe, supportive, and holistic manner. These approaches are interconnected, flexible, and tailored to best serve your goals and desired outcomes.

Psychotherapy

My approach to psychotherapy centers on understanding how past experiences shape how you move through the world, without labeling or pathologizing. Rather than focusing on “what’s wrong,” we work to uncover “what happened” — the influential moments, relationships, experiences, and beliefs that have left an imprint on your mind, body, and spirit.

Guided by a somatic, relational approach, I invite you to be present with what arises in the moment, tuning into your body’s innate wisdom.

Coaching & Somatic Guiding

**Available to clients outside of Colorado. This is not psychotherapy.**

Somatic Guiding focuses on the body as a powerful, purposeful gateway to healing. This approach emphasizes feeling, moving, and experiencing — inviting the body to lead the way.

Together, we’ll explore what remains unresolved, allowing sensations, emotions, and movement to surface and find release. You’ll learn tools to regulate your nervous system, build resilience, and increase your capacity to process life’s intensities. Our work may incorporate breathwork, guided movement, embodiment practices, and mindfulness techniques to help you find safety within yourself and reconnect with your vitality.

Nature As Medicine

Nature has an infinite capacity to restore balance, provide stability, and reconnect us with our deepest truths. I have experienced a profound shift in my own life simply by spending more time with the Earth, and believe she can be our greatest and most accessible resource.

At my home office in the mountains of Jefferson County, Colorado, immersive outdoor sessions are intended to help bring body, mind, and spirit into alignment. Whether through guided movement, mindful observation, or somatic practices, these sessions invite you to connect with the natural world as a partner in your healing.

Reframing Relationships with Men

Many women carry complex, often painful stories about men — shaped by their lived experience, societal conditioning, and generational patterns. These stories can color the way we relate to men, how we trust (or don’t trust) them, how we build and sustain relationships, and even how we see ourselves.

Together, we create space to examine those stories and experiences with compassion and clarity.
