Nature has an infinite capacity to restore balance, provide stability, and reconnect us with our deepest truths. I have experienced a profound shift in my own life simply by spending more time with the Earth, and believe she can be our greatest and most accessible resource.

At my home office in the mountains of Jefferson County, Colorado, immersive outdoor sessions are intended to help bring body, mind, and spirit into alignment.

Whether through guided movement, mindful observation, or somatic practices, these sessions invite you to connect with the natural world as a partner in your healing. In our work together, nature becomes more than a backdrop. It becomes a co-facilitator and trusted friend, offering grounding when life feels unstable, expanding present-moment awareness, and opening the door to clarity and deeper spiritual connection.

For remote clients, the natural world is still a powerful and available ally.

 

Together, we’ll design ways to bring these elements into your own environment — whether that’s stepping outside for our session, finding a nearby park or quiet place, tending to plants or starting a garden, or simply opening a window to let in fresh air and natural light.  You’ll be encouraged to notice the colors, sounds, scents, and sensations around you, allowing nature to support your regulation and deepen your felt sense of connection. 

Working together in this way can help ease anxiety, and foster a deeper sense of belonging — to yourself, to the earth, and to the moment.

And as seasons shift, so does the invitation: to let go, to rest, to open up, to shine, and to be guided by the rhythms that sustain us all.
